Director of Marketing

In October 2019, I began working with Perry Street Software as a brand strategy consultant for their recently acquired platform, Jack’d, with a membership exceeding 15 million globally.

I implemented successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies, out-of-home (OOH) campaigns, and in-app cultural programming. Additionally, I facilitated diverse hiring, trained team members, and provided a valuable perspective that influenced our communication with core audiences across Jack’d and other brands.

In March 2023, I transitioned to the full-time role of Director of Marketing for Jack’d in North America. I introduced new internal processes focused on experiential marketing (across 20+ key markets) and social media partnerships, resulting in millions of media impressions and a notable 15% increase in weekly active users (WAU). Furthermore, I led the creation of new brand visuals and promotional assets.

What excited me most about working with this brand was observing how the product significantly impacted the everyday lives of its users. Many discovered love, formed friendships, connected with colleagues, and more through Jack’d, which was a remarkable shift in brand association. Thanks to the partnerships we cultivated and the amplification of our work, Jack’d became one of the most recognizable brands for our target audience.
